Website Returns & Exchanges
Should you wish to return an item to us, please return it by recorded delivery to Customer Care, Martin James of London, No 25, 111 Whitby Road, Berkshire SL1 3DR. This will be at your expense. If you do not send it by recorded delivery and the item is lost you will be responsible for the lost package.
You must print off and enclose a customer return form
Once we have received the item/s we will contact you to discuss your return. This could take up to 7 working days.
Should you require a refund the item must be received in good order, unworn, unused and undamaged and within 14 days of your receipt of the product together with a return form.
If a refund is agreed it usually takes up to 14 days for the money to be refunded to your bank account.
You will only be able to return items that have been purchased directly from this website.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced earrings or sets with pierced earrings in them.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
